Checking Out VeChain
I’ve never written about VeChain (VEN) before, but it’s a project I like a lot.
The vision of VeChain is to build a trustfree and distributed business ecosystem based on the Blockchain technology, which is self-circulating and scalable.
VeChain is a blockchain-based supply chain management solution. It tracks products through the supply chain making it simple and secure to collect data throughout the lifecycle of a product.
Now VeChain is close to releasing its blockchain-enabled software platform.
This is a project that came on my radar when it was mentioned as part of China’s 13th five-year plan.
Started in 1953, these five-year plans lay forth the social and economic development initiatives for China.
In the plan Gui’an, located next to Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou Province, has been mandated to become the National Data Center of the west. And VeChain is mandated to be the blockchain technology partner of the government of Gui’an. So that’s pretty big news. It basically has the backing of the Chinese government.
It also has a ton of partnerships including Direct Imported Goods, China’s largest importer of wine; Renault, for auto part supply management; Kuehne & Nagel, the world’s largest freight company; and the Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences for agricultural management. Those are just a few.
It also got good news recently when partner DNV GL made an investment in VeChain to expand its relationship. And partner PwC made an investment too.
Plus, the mainnet is scheduled to be released at the end of June. Read about it here. Once that happens the VEN token will turn into the VET token and it will do a 100 for 1 split.
This project looks like it will be off to a running start. What do you think of VeChain?

I looked into this one too! It's really cool and I think it looks similar to
dragonchain. How do you think about this?I like DRGN too, flying under the radar. Will be interesting when their interchain protocols are released. Still think VEN has bigger potential though.

Almost blockchain projects from China listed at top 100 are so good for first 1-3 years, as NEO, TRON, QTUM...
I'm holding some VEN for a year.
Never owned TRON but I like the other two.

Its really amazing projects sir my portfolio has 35% vechain.This is where chains are comming into market like pchain rchain quarkchain etc though they are different projects atleast their names are same to confuse us.
