Bitcoin hit $5,000 and stayed above it

Correct me if I'm wrong... But when it went over 5k earlier this month it held there for about a 24hrs. Then back down and hovered in the 4k range till yesterday afternoon when it broke 5k again. We still have like 2 hours before that 24 hour mark...
Not that these numbers mean anything... but so far, other than the ATH price being reached nothing is different that when we hit 5k earlier in the month. (And we reached ATH then too...)
