This is Maduro's regime desperate move to make the Petro get some traction. Petro, a cryptocurrency doomed to fail, in a country where the population struggles to get something to eat.
This is what the government should be doing in this space * Educate people & equip them to make informed decisions concerning this tech agenda that has come to stay.

This is crazy... Funny thing is that the Petro cant be mined, yet Maduro wants people to learn how to mine, why?, so they can mine bitcoin for the government... Yes, thats the goal... Maduro wants people mining just to get money for his government... People cant afford mining rigs, but Maduro is building mining farms in communities and asking people to mine for him...
