Kucoin problems!!!
Kucoin is having some troubles. Twice I tried to purchase Neo and Kcs.
Twice my orders disapppeared!
Nothing to see in active or dealt orders.
Still in reserved assets the btc ammount is reserved.
I also do experience irregulat Gas payments and still haven’t received my kucoin bonus. Kcs were bought on the 9th of January.
Anybody else experiencing these problems?
Yeah I brought a small amount of KCS to test the bonus out and havn't received any bonus whatsoever. This was on the 12th January. Not sure whats up with it but I've seen a few people with this problem. If I click explore--kucoin bonus it says I have no KCS but I do as it says I do in balance.
CS keeps telling that it has to do something with an upgrade, but then the communication stops.
They keep assuring that it will be fixed.
So I will give them another week. If not solved then, I will withdraw all my funds there.
Yeah I will probably do the same, hopefully KCS don't tank before
Lets hope not, 35% of my portfolio stands there

My gas problem seems to be solved. Still will follow it up closely!
Can anyone provide an update on whether Kucoin is still having problems? I am thinking of investing in KCS but I am worried that they have not resolved their problems.
Kucoin did pay out their share for February. Looks like they have improved the payout. I’m not weiting down an article about it.
All depends how much kcs you want to buy if it is worth it or not!

I did invest in Kucoin and have not regretted it. They are going to do well in future.
