Should I sell my Litecoin for Bitcoin?
With Segwit on the horizon for Bitcoin, I'm starting to feel that I'd be better off selling my LTC for BTC. I currently have 160 LTC and 4 BTC.
What do you guys think is going to happen to the prices of BTC and LTC over the coming months? I've heard a lot of rumours that once Bitcoin has Segwit up and running then Litecoin may take a huge dip in price, but then again this could all just be FUD.
I didn't intend on this being a long post, Just wanted to provoke some conversation and hopefully get a better idea of what to do :)
I am not sure about your personal situation. Still I would keep my LTC, as LTC has always gone up quite stable in the past weeks. As a lot of people say, LTC is very undervalued and should be at 1/4 Bitcoin, as the technology behind it is also quite great. I am personally not sure about the price of BTC at the moment, but I think that BTC might face some difficult situations in the future, as a lot of new coins face the market, which are open to new technologies and features, BTC might not be able to offer. I would bet on LTC, I got a good feeling on LTCs Future ;) Still I only own my 4 LTC Students Budget , maybe enought to get rich in the future :D Good luck with your decision ;) But do not dump my LTC :D
You make a good point here, Although i do feel that bitcoin has the most potential out of all of the cryptos mainly because it seems to be somewhat of the reserve currency of the crypto space, but then again anything could happen.
