Bitcoin is like gold in many ways. Like gold, Bitcoin cannot simply be created arbitrarily. Gold must be mined out of the ground, and Bitcoin must be mined via digital means.

The most interesting for me when the 21M BTC are out is to see how will this really affect mining itself, will it be profitable and if not, would mining activity decrease and the reliability of the network with it?
Hello @elpua All Bitcoins will be mined in 2040. I think. If this trend continues I think that price of BTC will rise to incredible prices. Something that we can never imagine. So...hold your bitcoins as much as you can. :) Best from Serbia.
