This might be a good deal for quick small purchases.
For anything else... decide for yourself:
read the fine print:
Coinmama's bitcoin price includes a fee of 5.50%
For credit/debit card transactions - 5.00% ADDITTIONAL fee.
Each transaction will cost you the TOTAL FEE of 10.5%
It kind of defeats the purpose of using bitcoin, or that web site, unless it is in some exceptional circumstances.

Do you know what is the Coinbase's commissions, fees etc? I don't immediately see it on their web site.
Maybe Kraken is cheaper. There is a fee of 0.26% and 0.001 BTC for withdrawal.
Coinbase says for credit cards, 3.99% fee
