true at present 0.18 cents for 1 btc transaction
yup people will want to stash more bitcoin again
Why is this happening now. Segwit has been live for months. Trezor etc implemented it late last year (although btc needs to on a new address). This should certainly help moving forward.
It's about time! Long live Bitcoin!
What is special about Bitcoin Cash now?
Bitcoin all the way up!
Transaction volume still going down https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactions.html#3m
even though fees are low again https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html#3m
will this pump BTC to ATH?
Let's HOPE
i dont think so. Transaction volume still going down https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactions.html#3m

SegWit doubles the block size, but the change may not be significant enough to keep transaction fees low as consumers, investors & speculators return to trade Bitcoins. Perhaps Lightning may address this more comprehensively in the future.
This could be the swift kick in the ass that Bitcoin needs to climb out of this slump! If it is and btc takes off again, most other cryptos will follow! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Some would argue its over or under priced at the moment.
There will always be FUD-driven skeptics no matter what happens.
Yeeeeeah! Bitcoin's crash helped spark the crypto selloff in January. I think it could push to new levels and take the whole market along for a ride.
The next move up could be a real doozey! Hedge funds, mass adoption, easy ways for the public to get involved.... full STEEM ahead.
