Bitcoin Cash Hard Fork Scheduled for Nov. 13, 2017
Any idea when the exact time of the fork will be?
I contacted @BitcoinCash on Twitter and they said to follow the fork progress here:

One of those involved messaged the exchanges on Twitter (retweeted by @BitcoinCash) to stop transfers ahead of the hard fork...was a warning. So coming very soon now. No precise time stated, only that 4 more blocks have to be mined for it to occur (says that at the link above as of 3:03 PM ET and it's been up there for at least 1/2 hour).

3:28 pm ET: Less than 1 block to the Fork.

Any sense of how long it will be before trading will resume after the fork? There is no second coin to deal with in this case, so that should help make things a bit easier.
Comment: I was reluctant to send my BCH off the Bittrex exchange not knowing how long the tie-ups would be getting back onto the exchange to sell them if I so choose. I realize many say never to store coins on the exchanges, but given the 14 plus hour delay I saw in transferring from Coinbase to Bittrex yesterday, I decided to keep BCH on the Bittrex exchange through the fork.
