Based on further research into this ICO. I believe there to be a significant risk of a scam. I will continue to research however, indicators are high. Without revealing the reasoning and provide scammers with "indicators" to avoid, I'm leaving it undisclosed. I encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusions.
