I usually see these old guys in the morning when i go to this cafe, we regularly talk about vital things like how expensive things are becoming and which of them has gotten bad gout this week haha. The other day the owner turns up a news story on that was about bitcoin, saying "Bitcoin had hit another record high".
so one of the old guys asks:
"What is all that bitcoin crap?".
Literally before I could say anything the cafe owner in an angry kind of tone interjected with:
"ah that bitcoin thing is a scam, don't get involved cause you'll lose all your cash The company's CEO is some American guy who lives in japan and hes already stolen everybody's cash. So it's all total crap.".
Then all the old guys nodded and agreed. The cafe owner looked at me and said "isn't that right mate?"...
