Galaxy Digital and Bloomberg have partnered to launch the Bloomberg Galaxy Crypto Index (BGCI), which tracks the performance of the 10 most liquid cryptocurrencies and rebalances monthly. Providing a benchmark for institutional asset managers. It will be interesting to see whether index inclusion results in outperformance like it does with traditional asset classes like equities.

A lot of big crypto news, but Facebookchain is horrifying. What if they replace Steem?

I think it will be difficult for facebook to create at truly decentralised social network if they still have shareholders to answer to.

No I don't think Facebook would create a decentralized social network. They would probably create a centrally controlled cryptocurrency like Russia or Venezuela that they integrated into Facebook which allowed people to earn it by creating and curating content.
