so if this rise doesnt hit the same spot as wave 1 ( the neckline ) does that indicate a failed attempt and it will go back down a lot? or would it just stay around 3600 - 3700?
Basically, does a failed attempt for new highs indicate a very probable dip back to the low?
Just 3600s and rise again.
