BTC - Still testing resistance line at 9650$

We are testing the resistance line at 9650$ since yesterday.
We should have a break out soon in one of the direction. If it is a UP break out, this one will break in the same time the resistance line at 9850$ which should create a nice UP trend. Please notice that it is still possible also to have a DROP scenario where we will test the support line in orange from the triangle.

İt seems strong position on weekly chart
The price of the bitcoin was able to breach the bullish triangle resistance and rallied to achieve good gains yesterday, reinforcing expectations for a continuation of the bullish trend in the coming period. The path is open to achieve our main target at 10748.00, supported by the 50 SMA, noting that the continuation of the upside wave is dependent on stability Above the 8643.35 level.
The trading range for today is among the support at 9000.00 and resistance at 10000.00
The general trend for today is bullish
We could see a break out very soon.
How is "it can go up also, it can go down also" useful? Some probability assigned to either side move should be a part of any technical or fundamental analysis. Also a target on the either side should be included.
