Thanks for all your regular updates, Haejin.

I know this post is about BTC, so apologies for deviating from the topic on hand but I am quite interested in understanding what's going on with Steem Dollars. I was under the impression it has no volatility associated with it and that 1 SBD = 1USD but today it's spiked up to 1.4 USD? Would be great to understand.
