i don't think so, we can watch a lot of scammers in crypto now because crypto is new direction only and the main part of honest economic subjects are not in crypto still.
You think there were less scammers in the west Europe when the church had approved credits as a main part of a new economic system at the end of Middle ages, i don't think so
