Coinzh Security Guide

Coinzh does its best to secure your account and keep your funds safe at all times. However, this will be of little benefit if users themselves pay little attention to or outright neglect the basic rules toward safeguarding their balances.

This short guide aims to help you achieve greater security of your Coinzh account.

First of all, make sure you set a strong and unique password when signing up with the exchange. Your password should be at least 8 characters long, contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one special character or number. Avoid using the same passwords across your accounts on the Internet.

If you are already registered with Coinzh, don’t forget to change your password regularly. And under no circumstances share it with anyone. Remember, Coinzh support will never ask for your password.

To fortify your account, it is highly recommended that you enable 2FA either with Google Authenticator or SMS confirmations. Now all your operations on the platform that bear a risk to your balance (like withdrawals) will require a confirmation with a one-time password, apart from normal logins.

You can also set an anti-phishing word in your security settings. It will help you distinguish between authentic emails sent by Coinzh and fraudsters trying to obtain sensitive personal information (for example, account passwords) by sending you fake emails.

And should you encounter any difficulties in securing your account, Coinzh live support is available 24/7 in languages supported by the exchange.
