Amsterdex. New exchange with profit-share model

What is Amsterdex Shares?

Amsterdex Shares [AMDEX] is cryptocurrency, powered by Amsterdex Exchange. AMDEX is profit-share token. Amsterdex's team use it for crowdfunding. AMDEX is not ERC-20 token (Ethereum token), It is a PoS token. PoS token can be staked, when your wallet is online.
AMDEX tokenholder will receive 60% from trading fee. All fees will be converted into BTC to buy AMDEX. In this way the price of AMDEX will raise in value long-term. Tokenholder will receive dividents every week. Payment will be made in AMDEX. The payout amount is calculated by address balance, and will be sended directly to your wallet.

ICO

You can invest in Amsterdex within three easy steps. You need to create an account. You can check your personal investment terminal, where you can find a BTC deposit address. BTC deposit address can be used for multiple investment. When you deposit an amount of BTC, you will receive AMDEX tokens, when transaction goes with 1 confirm in the blockchain. After this 1 confirm, you will receive automaticly AMDEX in your account. The third step is that you can withdraw your tokens directly to your AMDEX wallet. Total tokens for sale during a ICO is 349 500 AMDEX. Official Amsterdex's launch is on the 15th December 2018. Spending amount raised during a ICO stages is 20% for Future Developments and 80% for Marketing Strategies.

PoS

You can start staking a tokens. You need ballance around ~50 tokens to start receive a AMDEX by staking. Minimum stake age is 4 hours and maximum is 120 days. Blockreward is 0.2 AMDEX.

Green Flags

Here are much green flags about this project. I will the main green flags here:

• Working exchange. Exchange is fully ready to official launch. You can check it here.
• Working wallet. Here are working AMDEX wallet for Windows. Devs will create AMDEX wallet for MAC and Browser version.
• Open Source project. You can verify their work in Github. Also, AMDEX is modification of the Bitcoin protocol.
• Decentralized. No ID verification requrequired. Due to no fiat withdraw/deposit Amsterdex platform is not required any type of ID verification. Here you can start trading cryptocurrency anonymously.
• Amsterdex is registered in Netherlands at the dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel in dutch) since 2016.
• Amsterdex is not offering affiliate.

Q: Are you registered as company (startUp) in Netherland?
A: We are registered at the dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel in dutch) since 2016. The exchange itself is seperated from that in a sort of foundation. This means if Blockpioneers (main business) goes bust, all funds standing on the exchange are not in danger. It's kind of hard for me to explain this in proper english, but I think you know what I mean.

Q: How you will protect exchange against law and authority as well?
A: We don't trade to FIAT (eur/usd etc). This makes a big difference in Holland since cryptocurrency itself it not recognized as a currency yet. When or if that time comes, we'll migrate to a true decentralized setup to secure our users privacy. We are strong believers of cryptocurrencies and the privacy it offers to it's users. An exchange with cryptocurrency trading pairs should be no different!

Q:Are you thinking about reducing a trading fees? For example, trading fees in Binance is 0.1%, and if you use binancecoin, trading fees reduced to 0.075%. Are you thinking about reducing a trading fees in future?
A: This is still up for debate within the community. As you know, we give away 60% of all the fees generated through the platform. So this is not a decision for myself to make, but for the entire community of shareholders. We see the shareholders as actual co-business owners so to speak. Everything from coin listings to fee reduction needs a majority of the shareholders to agree with the option, before we go through with it.
