Nobody really no one knows the answer. :-) . There is no really any right time to invest.
People say buy or invest, when there is a dip. It's really and really very hard to do that. You cannot really time the market.
If you really want to invest and make real money. Invest small and do repeatedly whether the price is low or up. Just invest systematically and over a period of time, money cost averaging helps you to be profitable.

Dollar cost averaging small equal amounts on a consistent basis is one of the best ways for anyone to gain exposure to long term investments (crypto, individual stocks, etc). Spread the bets out, forget about market timing, and sit patient for the long run.
