https://www.coinbase.com/ is probably the easiest and fastest to use for most people if you have a bank acct or credit card. If the amount of bitcoin you purchase is a lot for you then you will want to consider protecting it with some sort of "cold storage" wallet that will keep your bitcoin offline.
