EPIC COIN SWAP PROCESS

IMPORTANT — READ ALL THE PROCESS AND INSTRUCTIONS BELOW THOROUGHLY!!!

The first phase of the coin swap begins today. We have opted to complete the coin swap manually for all coins held within your PERSONAL WALLETS. (Please note ALL coins held on CryptoBridge will be swapped automatically by the exchange on a 1:1 basis)

To verify true balances that you actually hold, to ensure we premine enough coins for the swap, and to ensure no one gains an unfair advantage by manipulating screenshots, etc, we will require users to send a copy of your EPIC wallet.dat file (encrypt your waller prior to making a copy). Duplicate wallet.dat files will not be accepted, we will double and triple check everything. The amount of EPIC you hold at the time you send the copy of your wallet.dat file is the amount you will be credited for. (Do not be alarmed, we will only be able to view your balance and transaction history if you send in an encrypted wallet.dat.)

PHASE 1 — STEP 1 — WALLET.DAT COLLECTION PHASE
There are 2 options for sending in a copy of your wallet.dat file. Either the EMAIL OPTION (1) or the DISCORD/TELEGRAM OPTION (2). If you do not send us a copy of your EPIC wallet.dat you WILL NOT get your new coins. Please only pick one option to make it easier on us.

EMAIL OPTION (1)
Send a copy of your Encrypted EPIC wallet.dat file via email to [email protected] with the following details:

EMAIL SUBJECT: EPIC COIN SWAP (Copy and paste this text into Email Subject)

DETAILS REQUIRED WITHIN EMAIL

and / or
Telegram Alias — (@username)
Attached copy of your wallet.dat file

Send a copy of your Encrypted EPIC wallet.dat directly to either:

PHASE 1 — STEP 2 — DATA COMPILATION PHASE
We will create and compile a spreadsheet with the information provided from the above steps. This information will be used to ensure the correct amount of NEW EPIC coins are credited to the wallet owner.

All EPIC Coin holders have until the 26th September 2018 (11:59 pm CST) to send in a copy of their wallet.dat in for the claim. We will announce the block height at which all EPIC coins SENT after this block height will NOT be credited to the EPIC Coin holders.

PHASE 2 — STEP 1 — NEW EPIC BLOCKCHAIN STARTUP, COIN PREMINE, NEW EPIC WALLET RELEASE
Once we have verified and checked all wallet.dat files we will (in the order written below)

Start the new EPIC Blockchain
Execute the Premine
Release the new EPIC wallets for download and installation by EPIC Coin holders
EPIC Coin holders are required to create a new receiving address within the new EPIC wallet and send this address to @thecryptomeriff (thecryptomeriff#4577) OR @cryptolovett (cryptolovett#0820) or via email to [email protected]
IMPORTANT NOTE: We plan to have the new EPIC Coin wallets ready for release on the 26th September 2018 (11:59 pm CST). You MUST ENSURE you delete all the OLD EPIC COIN wallet files from your computer PRIOR to installation of the new wallet. Send us a copy of your wallet.dat PRIOR to deleting old wallet. Everyone will then be required to download the new EPIC Coin wallet, install it, and create a new receiving address and send the address to @thecryptomeriff (thecryptomeriff#4577) OR @cryptolovett (cryptolovett#0820) or via email to [email protected] in preparation to receive your NEW EPIC coins.

PHASE 2 — STEP 2 — EPIC SWAP WINDOW
The swap window will be open from the Est 26 September 2018 (12:00 am CST) until 3 October 2018 (11:59 pm CST). We may extend the EPIC swap window if we require more time for the swap.

PHASE 3 — EXCHANGE 1:1 SWAP, DEPOSITS + WITHDRAWALS REACTIVATED
Once we are able to, all the coins on CryptoBridge will be swapped at a ratio of 1:1, deposits and withdrawals will be reactivated.

Exchange deposits and withdrawals will be reactivated ONLY when the EPIC TEAM + Cryptobridge TEAM are 100% confident everything is stable to do so.

We would like to take this time to thank the community for their patience and trust with the EPIC COIN developments. We know coin swaps can be tedious and painful if not executed precisely, so we want to make 100% sure everything is working as per design. If this means the above timelines are extended slightly out of the planned windows this is something that we all have to accept. We would rather take the time necessary to have a perfect working blockchain and wallets than a chain and wallets that are not functional.

IMPORTANT DATES/DEADLINES
26th September 2018 (a set block height will be announced later) — A copy of your wallet.dat file MUST BE RECEIVED for the swap prior to this deadline. All wallet.dat files received AFTER this deadline may be refused for the swap, so please send your wallet.dat files in ASAP.

Est. 26th September 2018 (12:00 pm CST) — New EPIC wallets available for download

Est. 26th September 2018 (12:00 pm CST) to the 3rd October 2018 — (11:59 pm CST) COIN SWAP WINDOW — We may extend this window if required.
