Thanks @bendixon, it took a long time to research this and write it up.

1. The staking system is not set in stone but they have every incentive to structure it in such a way that people are motivated to stake their BQX tokens. I suspect they will adapt accordingly
2. I didn't endorse Suppoman but I thought that people interested in Bitquence ought to know that well known YouTube personality has created significant interest in the token (he created a post about the token which garnered 1200 comments). I agree that he does not provide much value on his channel and that his predictions are exaggerated and lack strong enough reasoning.
