BTS could go inverse to Bitcoin if BTC crash is due to regulation or government intervention. If so, no.
From now to mid Nov, I'm still expecting BTC to hit $7,200 or higher. This will give time for the Altcoins to rise.
but first a drop to the lower 5000's, right?
