Supreme Court ने ख़ारिज की Petition, SC rejected petition of 3rd July IAMAI against RBI for Stay on RBI BAN. But Indian government also ready with the draft which is expected to be presented within next two two weeks. Now we have to wait for next hearing in SC for Cryptocurrency on 20th July 2018
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज रिज़र्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के परिपत्र में रहने से इंकार कर दिया जिसने बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों को डिजिटल मुद्राओं में किसी भी व्यक्ति या व्यापार से सेवाएं प्रदान करने से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तीन न्यायाधीशीय खंडपीठ, हालांकि, 20 जुलाई को इंटरनेट और मोबाइल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा दी गई याचिका को सुनने के लिए सहमत हुई।
5 अप्रैल के परिपत्र के अनुसार, आरबीआई-विनियमित इकाइयों को 5 जुलाई तक आभासी मुद्राओं में काम करने वाले व्यक्तियों और फर्मों के साथ संबंधों को दूर करने के लिए कहा गया था।
इंटरनेट और मोबाइल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया की याचिका के अलावा, बैंकिंग नियामक के परिपत्र के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट और दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में चार अन्य याचिकाएं दायर की गई हैं। बिटकॉइन के विनियमन से संबंधित सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में सार्वजनिक ब्याज मुकदमा भी है।
It is a request that do not panic , there are so many solution for this ban.

@hphabib No it is not ban in India , Its like you can do trading but now indian exchanges will not be able to use Indian banks for giving INR to indian users . Means it is kind of Blanket Ban by Central bank of india on India exchange where they can not trsfer users money to india banks or can not use banks in india for trading
