Warren Buffett says Bitcoin is "Rat Poison"...But That's Why He Should BUY!
Is Buffett a hypocrite?
Last week, Warren Buffet, one of the richest people in the world and commonly referred to as the Oracle of investing, called Bitcoin "rat poison."
CNN provides the proof
Today, we find out that Buffett sold his entire stake of IBM stock and boosted his shares of Monsanto by over 60% (he now owns over 25 million shares).
For those of you who don't know what Monsanto does, it's an agriculture company that has been knowingly poisoning consumers through their weed killers and herbicide products like Roundup.
It seems Mr. Buffett carries a bit of a double standard.
If Bitcoin is proverbial rat poison, and Buffett has an active, multi-billion dollar investment in a company that infuses their products with real actual poison that has proven to really actually poison their consumers through the food they eat(!)...then it seems he would be very interested in investing in Bitcoin.
