Investing in bitcoin - A must read
While everyone is puzzled even i am that how to start investing in bitcoins and altcoins to reap its future surge or earn dividends, i am going to share some cool tips on this.
The things to consider is:
- when to buy ?
- How much to buy ?
- How much to trade ?
While some of these questions depend on your willingness and your capacity, it would be good if you start small and do a smoke test for about a month. You can start for as low as $100 and buy bitcoins. Once you bought bitcoins you now need to diversify your investments just like mutual funds do. From that bitcoin you purchased , you can now go to exchange and buy some 4-5 altcoins which seems promising. You can do your own research on the altcoins but few i would be worth mentioning like IOTA , NUMERAI , WAVE , ETHEREUM , RIPPLE etc . But remember to keep few things in mind - the underlying potential of coins by noting the future , the current price of coin whether it is undervalued or overvalued etc .Of the 100% bitcoins you have you can go with 16-20% of these altcoins and keep the remaining 20% of bitcoins in reserve for long term. If you would like to earn dividends , you can trade with 10% of the reserve.
