Bitcoin is Up!
A couple of weeks ago when Bitcoin had dipped pretty dramatically below 7k, I decided to invest my kids' piggy bank savings into some crypto.
In only two weeks, they have all seen a nearly $10 return on their investments.
Damn, that sure beats it just sitting there!
I figure, they will be headed into a landscape that looks completely different than mine was at their age. They should be as prepared as possible. I think this is a great start.
I am not sure if I really believe that BTC will hit 100k or 1 mil like some analysts have over-zealously predicted, but I do think the halving happening in May will definitely boost prices, and I really think Steem will tag along with it!
Even with the uncertainty of our economy and if we are indeed going to be going to war...one thing is for sure, the last halving took BTC up 1800x its starting point. That number is positively mind boggling.
I will say though that if you don't have anything invested in the regular stock market, get yourself an easy app like Robinhood. I haven't invested a dime into the stock market, but I just might give it a shot if (rather when) the stock market takes a dive.
You can never be too prepared!

Cryptos and physical gold and silver tend to trend upwards in their prices when crisis looms.
The stock market is has been at all time highs due to continued money printing by the fed encouraging massive stock buy backs. I wouldn't go into stocks right now unless you have a plan on a few you think still have a little upside before this thing has to eventually correct itself, we're seeing companies now with values far exceeding their ability to produce and its getting ridiculous now.
If the US does go into a pull blown war the money printing machines will go into overdrive. Willbe pretty interesting to see how BTC fairs not that I want war just to see what it does for BTC, just saying I suppose
