I'm not so sure.

The general sentiment has changed to bearish and there is tons of doom & gloom all over news media.

This tends to indicate a trend reversal in the near future. It's not always the case, though.

I find it best to just buy and hold. If you want to speculate, do it in altcoins. BTC is too valuable to mess with IMO.
