A rumor circulating around the online selling industry about the next move of Amazon that will excite especially supporters of blockchain technology. The move may occur as early as October 26th, during the next earnings conference call of Amazon.com.

It should be however emphasized that this is all but rumors at the moment. According to the source, Altucher is an experienced trader who many believe could have pre-announcement information.

This move for Amazon although still unverified can be just a logical step as many online retailers already online begin to embrace Bitcoin, Amazon will likely respond in kind, in order to maintain its dominance.

The excitement brewing within cryptocurrency is well justified as the adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies grow, retailers will need to join the progression toward acceptance in order to remain relevant. And this simply means nowhere but up for the value of digital coins.
