If you have read my old articles, in my opinion, uncovered currency is a civilizational achievement, covered by the state power with all the good and bad things that come with it.
Is it manipulative? Of course, but the state must also be in power to mitigate or eliminate economic imbalances. Wrong decisions are made, of course, but good one also.
Do we have to much money printed? Most would say yes. Do you have enough money? Most would say hell no! So the problem is not money on itself, problem is distribution.
Is there a problem with interest rates and compound interest? Let's put it this way, in nature everything that grows exponentially is mostly unhealthy, like cancer.
Do you think if bitcoin replaces dollar your income would rise, or it would cover more of our needs? (Needs pyramide after Abraham Maslow 1908-1970)
But bitcoin is deflationary by nature, limited to 21.000.000 mio coins and would stay stable. People love stability so give people what they want.
(The O'Jays - Give The People What They Want 1958-present)
What impact does the deflationary side of bitcoin have on economy?
