If you are new to bitcoin all you need to know is the following:

Try to steer away from generic exchanges like ‘Coin-Base’; this will save you money in high fees with buying a selling.

You never get in too late to make money.

You don’t need a degree in economics a crash course in You Tube will do.

Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

FINALLY: The asset is only worth something to you, at the point of sale. Don’t sell the dip, if you have been here long enough you will see prices fluctuate dramatically. Prices always come back.

There are also other ways to make bitcoin, not just buying it. Try mining, lending and staking alt-coins.
