Powering up your post is not the best alternative at these times. Since SBD is 5x the steem value, you would benefit more if you chose the default option for Rewards wich is 50/50. For more info you can read this post from @bayuya https://steemit.com/steem/@bayuya/sbd-vs-steem-how-to-get-more-value
You are totally right. 100% powerup is the worse choose. You will lose a lot of STEEM by publishing with this method.
