Good time to buy more Bitcoin

As you can see from the chart below Bitcoin went from 15000 Canadian to 10000 Canadian the last month. Is it now the time to buy? I think it might drop another $1000 before April's rebound. I am just learning technical trading. (Fibonacci retracement tools and Mayer's multiple of 2.4) Both indicate US$8200 support levels. So in the next week or two it's a good time to add more Bitcoin to your portfolio then enjoy the ride again..
