Block chain is like records. So they are block and they could be stored on my computer or yours.Oh and it can be stored on every ones computer.The computer records that they store is nodes. If someone sends you some thing the computers would know.So wants the records are in you cant tack it out.So block chain is a bunch of computers like a super big spider web. So the more we more we use these the stronger it becomes. So the block chain is a huge network of computers.So we don't need nobody including the goverment.
