  Install Mozilla FireFox.
  Install the "iMacros" expansion.
  Create a macro named "bitlucky.iim" and macro named "huefaucet.iim".

When you have collected enough Satoshi in Faucethub.io, (typically from 25,000 Satoshi), you can send them to your Bitcoin wallet, It takes 24-48 hours.
Now you can send Satoshi to the address of the wallet of the person to whom you want to express gratitude for the content.
