Sort:  

"Rate limits" mean that something is enforcing a rule such as "no more than X many things like this in such-and-such amount of time." Usually this amount of time is pretty short for computer events, no more than an hour or day at the max.

So, either you are making too many requests (unlikely, or you'd have mentioned it).

Or more likely, they are themselves getting "rate limited" by a service they are using.

The solution is to wait a bit and retry.

This is terrible, i apreciate yoru answer but bitpay shoudl actually TELL us how much we can add,everytime i see i have for example, $60 i try adding $60, it says insufficient funds, I presume they wannacharge some fee so I go down, to maybe $68? no insufficientfunds so i try $65 then $60? nope so i try $55? no Iget to $50 and it gives me this fucking error, WTF man, fuckng bitpay get your shittogether why cant they fix their app, i shouldnthaveto GUESS how much i can add, and they should just TELL EM how much i can add from the beginning, now i cant fucking access any dollars on my bitpay carda nd its basically useles for a day, what a terrible service
