The big boys dumped a small amount in order dor@the price to drop and now want back in at a much lower price

I’m primarily seeing new buyers! But I do know several whales that sold around $20k so they could be rebuying (though I’m not aware of them doing so.)

Indeed, OTC markets are very very active these days. Nobody wants to use Bitcoin exchanges anymore unless they really need to.
