Yeah, it's the part about crypto I don't fully grasp. Take NMR, for instance. Why would I want to invest in the coin just because they've developed a tech that allows datascientists to compete in making the best market-predicting AI? I'm not a scientist, so why should that even matter when I'm only looking to invest and make money?
prices change due to changes in supply and demand, so most hope that in the future supply will be low and demand will be high.
