Spain: tax breaks for Blockchain companies

According to the Bloomberg news agency, the Popular Party of Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy is considering a bill providing for tax breaks for companies in the "blockchain" ecosystem and advantageous regulations to allow and develop ICO funding. The bill could also include "a threshold below which an investment in cryptocurrency would not need to be reported to the regulator".

In parallel with this plan, the Spanish market regulator is working on a set of rules to further protect investors.
