It really feels like it has been forever since the rumors regarding Dan creating a social media new platform that was labeled 'Steem 2.0,' well it seems the wait is almost over. Dan has spoken out on the telegram stating that he is going to 'polish it up this week'.

But that was not the only thing Dan mentions, He also says that 'Steem 2.0' will need BTS (Bit shares) 2.0 for it's tokens and drops a hint at the ability to lend tokens to others with interest without the ability to default. Dan certainly doesn't mess around, I guess all that free time he had while EOS allowed him to work on these other projects at the same time heh.

No, Chintai is about renting resources, this is about lending actual tokens.
Ah well, that makes sense.... Although, not sure if i'd want to have unstaked tokens, prefer my voting/curation power ;-)

So let me get this straight... Steem 2.0 needs BTS 2.0 tokens that run on Eos?
And bts is not the same token as bts 2.0?

The above is all we know for now, Dan is great at teasing us with little bits of information but from the sounds of it, we will not have to wait long to find out :-)
