I've lost 0,9 BTC on old wallet (it was $1000 back when I've stopped using it) when I forgot password I thought I can't forget (I've started using Multibit and didn't care much about QT-wallet).
But after about year my memory was blank.
If you have to cry over 0,02 BTC, than there's something wrong with your life. Maybe you should just move on and put more effort on earning more than crying over what is lost.

That unfortunate to hear! Could you let us know how you lost BTC on Localbitoincs? Was it due to a hack, dispute or fraud?
