Bitcoin cash Node now caught up. Nearly ready to start splitting the coins.

Following the information found on the Bitcoin Fork Monitor the blockchain now appears to be "This node's scheduled chain split has occurred" No longer behind the other chains. The question is... When is the right time to begin the "Hard Split".
