BIT BEAN... BITCOIN'S BIG LITTLE BROTHER!!
Fast... Simple... Secure... More Than Digital Cash is their motto! One late night not too long ago i happened upon this gem while researching crypto currencies. I'm not saying that it will ever hit it big, but it has been around since 2014, is still actively traded on 9 exchanges, and is THE FASTEST coin i've ever owned!! BitBean has a target block time of 60 seconds, with a confirmation time more than 10 times faster than Bitcoin! It also allows for staking and gives 1000 coins as a reward per sprout.
Their are currently targeting brick and mortar businesses. This summer they will be coming out with a point of sale terminal. The businesses will have a reason to keep their beans in the wallet because of the staking ability of the coin. They could make up to 70% a year based on some reading i did on reddit.
This coin is very cheap for all that it offers... Did i mention it's built on the bitcoin open source code and already has a 20MB block size!! It is also being accepted at the Denver airport along with 20 or so other cryptos.
Let's compare it to a coin like ripple seeing as it has a similar purpose. ULTRA FAST TRANSACTIONS! It has half of the overall supply of XRP Ripple at 50 billion, only 1.9 billion in circulating supply, and is not pre mined whereas XRP has a circulating supply of 38 billion 249,335,400, a total supply of approximately 100 billion that is already in the hands of the developers pre mined. Good post about BITB. The transaction speed really is lightning fast; faster than any other coin I have used. The staking or "sprouting" is nice too and adds a nice, effortless yield to an undervalued crypto investment. The niche for Bitbean here seems to be the instant transaction times combined with its acceptance in the brick and mortar world. There is a parking lot at Denver airport that accepts BITB to park your car. Since the confirmation times are so fast, this is possible. Imagine waiting for a BTC transaction to confirm to park your car? No thanks.
Given the small supply 1.95 Billion coins and a current price (as I type this) of 64 Satoshis or $.001554; it strikes me as the best value in the space. As OP mentioned, XRP has a supply around 100 Billion (premined) and it traded as high as 43 cents in dollar terms. Mind you, there is approx. 50 times the XRP as there is BITB...so where is fair value on BITB? could it be 50 times that of XRP? From a valuation perspective this sure seems possible. This seems to be a diamond in the rough.
