Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oil
500g Chicken
1/2 KG Rice (Boiled)
1 cup Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 Green cardamom
1 piece Mace (crushed)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbs Fresh cream
1 tbs Desi ghee
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Ginger (julienne)
3 Green chilies
2 Tomato
Directions:
In a pan heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken, yogurt and mix well.
Add whole spices, red chili powder, mace powder, cardamom powder, lemon juice and salt in chicken. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add half cup of water and let it simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
When chicken gets tender your Biryani masala is ready.
Now layer boiled rice on prepared masala.
Add green chilies, saffron, desi ghee, cream, ginger and green chilies in rice.
Add half cup water in rice and let it simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Your biryani is ready to serve.
