Wood Duck brotherly love, on a log in the fog
These two Wood Ducks where caught kissing each other on a log, but upon further inspection, it turned out that they were just helping each other reach those hard to get spots :)
A thick fog is not the best when shooting video, but in this case, it worked out well; it adds to the ambiance ;) In my experience, it's not that common to see something like this, that or I've just been missing it all along. Either way, it is such a cute sight to see :)
The Wood Duck on the right, is clearly the more touchy-feely of the two :) But the duck on the left couldn't help but to reciprocate the favour after a while :)

I like your video... the wood ducks are among the most interesting and colourful birds I get to see. There are a few around here right now. Voted
They are beautiful! The females have such a subtle but beautiful plumage too :)
After chasing the mama wood ducks and their ducklings around last year, I have a new found love for these feathered creatures :)
