Bitcoin Paper Wallet gonna effect with comming august bip-140
Hello Friends,
I am newbie here but i wanna know about bitcoin paper wallet. Normally everybody says paper wallet is the best and safest way to save bitcoin. But now in august soft-forks bip-140 is coming and i dont know this bip-140 will effect paper wallet bitcoin ?
Is it still Good to leave it bitcoin on paper wallet OR transfer now to wallet where bip-140 is supported ?
Which options below are best to go with before bip-140 happens :-
- Leave bitcoin in paper wallet, as bip-140 will not effects on paper wallet and its safe.
- Move paper wallet bitcoin to bip-140 supported wallet before it happens.
- Or is there any other options ?

AFAIK there is no such thing as "compatible-
nocompatible" paper wallets. All what it is is a piece of paper which holds your writen/ printed PRIVATE KEYS of the adress in which you have put your bitcoins. So option #1 is just fine in this particular case. Paper wallet is not really a wallet. it does not process nor sign a transactions. And it does not generate a new adresess for change. These are just PAPER. Holding your important, crucial keys. Sleep well.
ya thats true but bip-140 Soft fork which makes worry as some says paper wallet need to load to core wallet or something so totally new to all these fields
