Das, was Du in diesem abermals sehr guten Artikel beschreibst, klingt absolut logisch und nachvollziehbar.
Als begeisterter Pilzsammler kenne ich die Immitation von Aasgeruch aus der Natur durch die Stinkmorchel. Aber auch der Tintenfischpilz verbreitet einen Geruch, der für unsere Nasen in der Regel nicht sonderlich angenehm ist. ;-)
Hier ein Foto von mir aus dem letzten Herbst.
Es zeigt eine Stinkmorchel, die von Fliegen geradezu übersäht ist. Durch die Fliegen werden die Sporen verbreitet. Selbigen Prinzips bedient sich auch der schon erwähnte Tintenfischpilz.

As an enthusiastic mushroom picker I know the imitation of scent from nature through the stinkhorn. But also the octopus/star stinkhorn spreads a smell that is usually not very pleasant for our noses. ;-)
Here's a picture of me from last fall.
It shows a stinkhorn that is almost covered with flies. The flies spread the spores. The same principle is also used by the already mentioned octopus (star) stinkhorn.
