CHEESE NUGGETS
Cheese nuggets. A very easy recipe to make and with very few ingredients, all of them at hand. With it, you will get a delicious appetizer.
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE ONE CHEESE NUGGETS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1 About 200 grams of cheese
Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
Pinch of salt
Oil
RECIPE PREPARATION OF THE CHEESE NUGGETS:
1.- Cut the cheese into slices. Each slice must be between 0.5cm and 1cm thick. I like it more than approaching the centímentro, that is to say, that they are something thick.
2.- We pass each piece cut first by beaten egg, to which previously we have given a pinch of salt, then for bread crumbs, then again for beaten egg and finally for bread crumbs again. With this to pass twice by egg and bread crumbs, we will obtain a more robust and crunchy outer dough.
3.- We are reserving each piece of cheese on a plate and when we have finished all of them, we freeze them for 10 minutes. This way we make sure that the outer batter seats better. If you're not going to cook them instantly, you can store them in the fridge
