From how you described on the billboard options, I think option 1 is good because it has more visibility for huge number of populace and that places than be reached within a short or minimal period of time.
So, this program will eventually remove enterprises like Western Union, Hollester, and other money transfer establishments? But the entity must have an account correct? Otherwise how can it be received? I do think, however, this innovation is great.
