Strive for excellence

Strive for excellence and money will chase you, in any field you are in life, to reach the very top you have to strive hard for excellence. There is good there is the better and there is the best but you can be above the three to be excellent. Never settle for the ordinary, keep your self up to date on latest trend in your business. Try to become part of the best, we all know of Bill Gates, he started one day just like everyone started but he strived for excellence. You don't necessarily need to be rich like Bill but in your community you can be outstanding by striving for excellence.

Make Crazy plans and think out of the Box

It is said that if people are not laughing at your ideas and see it as impossible, your not yet a food entrepreneur. It has always been like this but you can change it for better. Nobody has ever gotten to that stage but you can. You tried but failed, you can try again, you don't give up just once after trying. Do things that no one else has done, implement new ideas in your field, you learn from every failure, and when successful you make a fortune. Most times your common sense is more important that knowledge.

Do not start a business without Market survey/Validation and expert Opinion

You've for the crazy idea inside you, you're excited and want to explore, relex, be calm, do a market survey, find out if that product or idea of yours is demanding in the market, is the kind of business suitable for your country and if not don't launch the business idea there or you go into loss. Market survey is very very important before setting up a business, know what the community wants, know what they demand and render them solutions. Remember that the more problems you can solve, the more money you get.

Your biggest asset is loyal people not money

When you rate money above everything and everyone you might end up been duped and run at a big loss. The biggest asset an entrepreneur can have are people loyal to him, people who can stand for you even at your back. If you can nurture loyal friends, business partners and clients, I tell you, you have nothing to worry about. Gaining loyalty and trust of people is not an easy thing in this world we are today. Change your Mindset

You were once an employee but once you have the capital to launch your own company, you've become an entrepreneur. Now your mindset has to change from that of the employee to the employer, you were once a follower but now a leader so you have to switch your mindset to that of a leader

Learn to control anger, learn to take risk, build a good team and manage them. Always stay alert on market prices and value. Work hard to stay ahead of competitions, chase your goals day and night. Create a vision and stay focused. Even in time of crises, never think of quitting, always remember that life is full of challenges, you just have to learn to overcome.

In life, while living, identify the purpose of your life and existence, were we made to work everyday, pay bills and die one day?? Have a targeted goal and work towards it with vision and mission. Solve problems, chase quality, money and fame will chase you.

In all, remain humble when success comes, fight hard when you face failure.
